We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for all digital products. This means that you can return any digital product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

You must submit a refund request to contact@bluesharmonicalessons.com within 30 days of purchase.

Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.

You must have logged into the digital product at least once.

You must have watched at least 5% of the total video content.
Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.
Once we have received your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 30 days.
If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit your original method of payment. Your access to the digital product will be revoked immediately.
Refund Policy Limitations
We have a limit of one refundable transaction per customer. This limit is in place to prevent abuse of our refund policy. If you have already received a refund, you will not be eligible for a refund for any future transactions, even if they meet the conditions listed above.
Late or Missing Refunds
There is often processing time when making a refund payment. After checking your bank account and contacting your bank/credit card company, if you have not received your refund within 30 days of our approval of you refund request, please contact us at contact@bluesharmonicalessons.com.
